Minimum Stay Requirements
There is a two-night minimum stay with the following exceptions:
Three-night minimum for Winter (December 10 - December 20; February 1 -
March 4; March 20 - March 31), Christmas (December 21 - January 4) and Spring
Break (March 5 - March 19).

Cancellation Policies
Christmas and Spring Break:
30+ days before arrival forfeits $50.00
30-15 days prior to arrival forfeits 50% of the total rental costs
within 14 days forfeits 100% of the total rental costs.
All other times:
15 days or more before your scheduled arrival date: $50 fee will be applied
14 days - 10 days before your scheduled arrival date: 25% of the total rental costs
9 days - 5 days before your scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total rental costs
Under 5 days before your scheduled arrival date: 100% of the total rental costs

Deposit & Balance Due Requirements

In order to confirm a reservation a 50% deposit of the total
rental fee is required.

Full payment of rental fee is required 14 days prior to your
arrival.

There is a $30 fee on returned checks.
If a check is returned we will only accept the above
payment methods other than another check.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

In order for us to serve all our guests fairly we require that
you check-out by 10:00 AM unless approved upon your
arrival.
